Do I have 100% ownership of my company under a Free Zone Business Licence?
On a Dubai Free Zone Licence, you do not need to have a local partner. You as the owner or shareholder will have 100% ownership of your own company.

On a certain Mainland licences, you still need a local partner. Get in contact for a more detailed discussion.
Am I required to pay the full amount before processing?
The full payment for the Business Licence, is required, before starting the process. The Establishment card and Dubai Resident Visa, may be paid for when ready to apply for each.
Is it required for me to visit the United Arab Emirates often to keep my Resident Visa active? If so, How often?
In the United Arab Emirates, it is required for you to keep your Dubai Resident Visa active. If you let your Resident Visa laps, then the bank might freeze your bank account pending your Visa.

On a normal Resident Visa, it is required for you to visit the United Arab Emirates, at least once ever six months.

If this is not possible, then there are other options at a cost to get specific visas to allows you to come into the United Arab Emirates, once per year etc.
Am I required to be in the UAE for the Dubai Business licence opening process?
Here at New Venture Dubai, we do not need you to be in the United Arab Emirates during the process of forming your legal Dubai Business Licence. We can do the whole process over email. This is includes applying for your Establishment Card.

We will however require you to be in the United Arab Emirates during your Dubai Resident Visa process as you will need to do Medical tests.
Do I need a Resident Visa to open a bank account?
In the United Arab Emirates, banks require the person will have signing rights and access to your bank account, to have a Resident Visa in the United Arab Emirates. You may either have a resident visa form another sponsored company or have the resident visa for this specific company.

Am I able to sponsor my family to live in the United Arab Emirates on my Dubai Resident Visa?
You will be able to sponsor your family on a Dubai Resident Visa. There are however some requirements to be able to do this.
